This week other than normal administrative work, I need to prepare office template such as client list, activity list & paylist.The purpose of these template is to have a proper office system.
Client list is usually for sales personnel to record and keep track of their contacts with their clients, it provide a brief summary of the meeting details as well.
Activity list is for our own record purpose, current/future job tasks were recorded here. This list will be submitted to supervisor for review so the management will be able to know our progress in work.
Paylist is a record of our monthly pay. which includes gross pay, actual pay so the management will know if there is any leave or MC taken etc.
