Happy Chinese New Year! Alright 1st day of CNY and I need to update this blog, well can't blame anyone..I should had done it earlier.

First, I will start on tutorial 3. Tutorial 3 require us to calculate the return on Investment on our project.






Tutorial 4 require us to draw out Hoverboard's Gantt Chart to estimate the timeline of the project. We take into consideration of 3 main catergory, they are: Planning, Design & Promotion. By using Microsoft Project to draw Gantt Chart, it was user friendly and clearly states out the estimated timeline which is easy identify. However for projects that need a very long duration, I personally felt that the Gantt Chart will be quite difficult to read. Hence I had attached our group's Gantt Chart.


 

By clinking on the "View" tab, you are able to change and view it in Network Diagram. I do not recommend changing it to Network diagram as it will be pretty complicated and tedious to read.
 


Finally, PM's last tutorial. In this tutorial, we were required to analyze the risk regarding the project. First, we need to identify all the possible risk and grade them according the "impact" and "probability".




After the first step, we rank them according to which comes with a higher impact & probability risk. By doing so, we were able to see clearly which are the risk that were more important and thus we need to focus more attention on.


 


For the last step of risk assessment, for thee 5 chosen risk, we gave out solution on how both probability and risk could be reduced. Thus this conclude the final step of risk assessment.

 

 Therefore in conclusion, risk assessment helps to prevent or reduce the chance of the identified risk being happened.
